These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) show when you as a consumer (“You”) see an order via Iamuglyduckling.com and related pages, (the “Website”). The terms constitute an agreement between you and “Merkatum AB”, organization number: 556955-6953, Sonja Kovalevskys gata 2, 11366 STOCKHOLM (“Ugly Ducklings” or “we”).

The terms are only applicable to you who are a consumer and who make orders via the website. We ask you to carefully read the Terms and Conditions within further use of the website.

By making purchases from and using this website so that you undertake to abide by the terms.

To be able to order on the website, you must be 18 years of age or older. According to Swedish law, “Ugly Ducklings” does not accept credit purchases for persons under 18 years of age. We reserve the right in individual cases to refuse or change your order (for example, if you have provided incorrect personal information and / or have payment remarks).

Prices, fees and payment

Once we have received an order from you, we will send a confirmation to your email address. It is available important that you write in the correct information when you place an order. We recommend that you save the confirmation to facilitate any contacts with our customer service. The confirmation also constitutes your receipt to make the purchase.

You can choose to pay by bank, credit card or by invoice. “Ugly Ducklings” has the right to charge earlier in connection with the best case, unless invoice payment or other similar payment methods by you and approval of “Ugly Ducklings”. In the case of invoice payment or partial payment, our partner may make and credit information. You will find such cases about this. “Ugly Ducklings” reserves the right not to always offer all payment methods, or to change payment methods if the one you have chosen for any reason does not work at the time of purchase. Delivery and cancellation

Items that are in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days stated on the website. Unless otherwise agreed, e.g. I am in contact with the booking of goods that are not in stock.

You have the right to cancel and order if it has been sent. If you feel that the delivery of an item is unusually delayed, which means that you no longer want to complete the purchase to make it your thing to do and cancellation. Right of withdrawal and right of exchange

You have the right to exchange one / all products that you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days after you have received the product.

The product must be in the same new condition as when it was received. The product must also be in its original packaging with intact labels and protective stickers.

A product can only be exchanged for a product of the same or lower value. If you want to switch to a more expensive product must be returned and we will issue and full refund. After this, you may wish to place a new order for the correct product.

Products that are purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse in order for a change to take place. “Ugly Ducklings”, on the other hand, pays the shipping costs when the new product is sent to your home.

You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from days when the goods were received. We refund all goods that are not employed or I am in very unchanged condition. “Ugly Ducklings” will refund the amount as soon as possible, dock no later than within 14 days from the date we jointly feel your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal. “Ugly Ducklings” may, however, wait with the refund until we have received the item or you have shown that the item has been sent back, e.g. through a deposit receipt. The refund will be made to you via the payment option you chose, provided that nothing else has been agreed or that there are obstacles to how the refund.

Remember that you have chosen to pay by invoice and the 14 days will actually start running from the day the package is sent from us. You are liable for payment during the entire return or exchange process.

Warranty and complaint

The guarantee is for 12 months. The products are manufactured to live up to our high quality requirements, in addition to that, the products are also covered by our guarantee against any manufacturing defects. To report a warranty, contact customer service.

Note that “Ugly Ducklings” does not guarantee coverage:

• Faults or damages caused by incorrect use / negligence (slag, dents, crush damage, lost products, etc.) or accidents.
• Aesthetic changes, defects and damage that cuts during normal wear and aging (minor scratches, wear, deformation or flaky color, etc.).
• Defects and damage due to loss, theft, mark, water, natural disaster, extreme cold or extreme heat.
• Failure to follow care instructions may void the warranty.
  • The warranty covers only genuine product, no phones are covered by the warranty.

User-generated content

Our website may include user-generated content from, for example, social media. “Ugly Ducklings” takes no legal responsibility for such material. If you suspect a copyright infringement, infringement of another right or another reason that could feel you belong to content published on the website, please contact our customer service.

Ownership

All goods remain “Ugly Ducklings” property until the full payment has been received by the company. All fraud attempts are reported to the police.

“Ugly Ducklings” reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.

Force majeure

In the event of war, war-like event, civil war, revolution, rebellion, government action, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or similar events, technical problems, failure of electricity / telecommunications / data connections or other communication or failure or delay in services from subcontractor due to the circumstances stated here, “Ugly Ducklings” will be able to apply force majeure. These circumstances shall constitute grounds for exemption which entail exemption from damages and other sanctions. If this happens, we will try to inform the customer about this. In the event of a dispute, we of course follow the Swedish Public Prosecution Board (ARN) in Sweden or the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR).
